Way of Wholiness Refund & Return Policy

Physical Products:

• Returns accepted within [10] business days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Digital Products:

• All digital downloads are non-refundable.

• If you experience technical issues, contact us at wayofwholiness@gmail.com for assistance.

Memberships:

• Memberships can be canceled at any time.

• Recurring fees will not be refunded for partial months.

Spiritual Counseling:

• Sessions can be rescheduled with 24hr notice.

• Cancellations made after the notice period will not be refundable.
